American company 'Fitbit' has recently launched a fitness band named 'Lux'.  This band monitors changes in your body.  With the help of the fitness band, you can track changes in your breathing rate, heart rate and skin temperature, as well as it also monitors your oxygen level.  It keeps an eye on your 'sleep cycle' even while sleeping.  How much you walked throughout the day, what you ate and how much your body felt, this band also keeps an eye on all such things related to health.  You can also try the blood glucose logging feature in the 'Fitbit' app, which allows you to see your blood sugar levels.  Once charged, this band can work continuously for 5 days.  It has features like optical heart rate monitor, vibration motor, sensor.  You can connect this band to the phone via Bluetooth.  The band costs around 11 thousand rupees.
